Meet Salvador

A Leader for Our Community

I am Salvador Chavarria Jr., a proud Kaufman County resident and local entrepreneur. I’m running as an Independent because I believe in serving people — not parties.

I founded Patrol Fuel, a first‑responder supporting food & beverage brand. I have also worked with the Kaufman Police Department and the Gun Barrel City Police Department. That experience shaped my approach to keeping courts accessible, respectful, and efficient.

My philosophy is simple: be accessible, fair, and efficient. In my court, everyone will be treated with dignity and respect, and we will use modern tools to make it easier for people to be heard without long waits.

My Commitment

Priorities for Precinct 4

Accessibility & Fairness

The court belongs to the people. I will be an accessible Justice of the Peace and ensure that every individual who comes before the court is treated fairly and with respect, regardless of their background.

Court Efficiency

Your time is valuable. I will implement efficient processes to allow the court to run more smoothly, reducing wait times and ensuring more people have the chance to be heard in a timely manner.

For the People

My commitment is to you. I will always strive to do what is best for the people, uphold the Constitution, ensure public safety, and work to make meaningful, positive change within Kaufman County.

My Plans in Plain Language

  • Virtual hearings when appropriate — so people who can’t easily travel still have access to the court.
  • Modernize the courtroom — add practical technology to streamline scheduling, forms, and communication.
  • Fair options for fines — offer community service and payment plans where the law allows.
